The actor has also deposited Rs 45 lakh for this house.
Not only this, for this house of Shahid Kapoor, Karthik Aryan will have to pay him seven lakh 50 thousand rupees every month. In the agreement that has been made between the two, it has been told that every year the rent will be increased by 7%. Accordingly, Karthik Aryan will have to pay Rs 7.5 lakh for the first 12 months and then Rs 8.2 lakh in the second year and Rs 8.58 lakh in the third year.
Talking about Karthik’s new house, this apartment is spread over 3.681 square feet. The apartment has two parking slots. Let us tell you that earlier the actor lived in a 459 sq ft apartment in Versova, which he bought in 2019 for Rs 1.60 crore.
