Karishma Kapoor is now going to return to the world of OTT once again after three years. Karishma will next be seen in filmmaker Abhinay Deo’s upcoming web series, ‘Brown – The First Case’.
Karisma Kapoor, who once held the title of Bollywood’s number one heroine, has been away from the Bollywood screen for the past several years. The actress was last seen working in the web series ‘Mentalhood’. Karisma Kapoor, who stepped on OTT with ‘Mentalhood’, is now going to return to the world of OTT once again after three years. Karisma is all set to return to the screen with filmmaker Abhinay Deo’s upcoming web series, ‘Brown – The First Case’. This series is based on a book named ‘City of Death’. Karishma will be seen in the role of a detective in this crime drama. While the release date of the web series has not been revealed yet, Karisma has announced it today through her social media handle.
Karisma Kapoor took to her official Instagram handle to share her first look from the series and announced that ‘Brown – The First Case’ has been selected for this year’s Berlinale series Market Selects. Sharing the news on social media, Karishma wrote, ‘Brown has reached Berlin! I’m so thrilled to learn that Brown has been selected as one of 16 titles from five continents to appear in the Berlinale Series Market! Congratulations team. The actress also shared two pictures of herself from ‘Brown’, in which she looks quite upset. This post of Karishma is becoming increasingly viral on social media. In fact, everyone from the actress’ fans to friends are eager to see her return.

Karishma’s post is being congratulated by all her fans as well as her co-stars and friends from the industry. Karishma’s girl gang ie her younger sister Kareena and friends Malaika and Amrita Arora are also included in this comment. All three have expressed happiness over Karishma’s achievement while reacting to her post on Instagram. Excel Entertainment and Tiger Baby’s upcoming web series ‘Dahaad’ are among the other Indian projects to be selected for Berlinale. Sonakshi Sinha, Vijay Verma, Gulshan Devaiah and Sohum Shah are going to be seen acting in this series. It is directed by filmmaker Reema Kagti and Ruchika Oberoi.
